All you have to do is to save your used stamps and forward them to the Borough Council Office marked “Used Stamps Appeal.” Local Bodies and business interests which are free to do so are asked to arrange for the retention of every stamp that enters their offices and for the despatch to the Borough Council office of a parcel at regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals as may be convenient.
