Mr. Vincent’s Forecast
Mr. H. M. Vincent supplied the following special forecast to the “Advocate” at noon today: Chiefly fair to fine and milder. Isolated light showers, more especially in the extreme north. Variable and light to moderate breezes, easterlies prevailing. Seas smooth to moderate. Further outlook: Chiefly fair to fine over the week-end. Some scattered showers in the extreme north.
