Closer Collaboration Between N.Z., Australia
AUCKLAND. This Day. Speaking at the Government dinner in honour of Mr. Menzies, Australian Prime Minister, last night, the Hon. W. Nash predicted closer cooperation between Ministers of Australia and New Zealand. He said arrangements were in progress for regular meetings between Ministers representing the two countries. “I hope that early next month the first meeting of Ministers to discuss problems affecting both countries will take place in Sydney." Mr. Nash said. Tt is only held up until Mr. Menzies gets home to say that it is in order.”
