Clansman Goes Aground, But Is Refloated
[Special to “Northern Advocate ”] WHAKATANE, This Day. The Northern Steamship Company’s auxiliary vessel Clansman went aground about half a mile up the river from the wharf when proceding to the Whakatane Paper Mills. The vessel was refloated later when the tide was full, and continued the trip.
