Three Companies Declare Unchanged Dividends

A net profit of. £7469 is shown in the accounts of the Leyland-O’Brien Timber Company, Ltd., for the year ended September 30. With £22,897 brought in, there is £30,366 available. It j's proposed to pay a dividend of 1/- a share, free of tax, equal to 6 2-3 per cent., unchanged. . v : Tooth and Co., Ltd., Sydney, brewer's, have declared a final dividend of 6 per cent., making 12 per cent., unchanged, for the year ended September 30.
A net profit of £5530, against £6230 in the previous year, was earned by the North Canterbury Sheep Farmers’ Co-operative Freezing, Export arid Agency, Ltd., Kaiapoi, for the year ended September 30. The year’s dividend on both preference and ordinary shares is unchanged at 51 per cent.
