TOKIO, August 15. The Minseito Party, strongest in the Japanese Diet, has been formally dissolved. ending the 60 years of existence of political parties in Japan. The way is now clear for Prince Konoye’s single-party movement in connection with the establishment of 1 a “new political structure.’’
