PUBLIC NOTICES WHANGAREI COUNTY MOTOR DRIVERS’ REGULATIONS 1940 ISSUE OF LICENSES pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that motor drivers’ licenses for the year 1940-41 will be available ter issue on personal application being made at the County Office (in the case of residents in the County) on and after May 15th, but such licenses will not be effective until Ist June. Owing _to many changes in the amended Regulations, it is necessary that application on the prescribed application form, be made in person. In no case is it possible to issue a license until the prescribed ferm is filled in and signed by the applicant. Applicants over 70 years of age, must lodge with their application a medical certificate on the prescribed form. All necessary forms can be obtained on application.
