The herd, which is strongly bred to the prepotent Raleigh strain, has a wonderful prizewinning and producing record and breeders will be delighted with the cattle which conform to the highest standard of modern type. There are 6 beautiful V.H.C. cows in the herd and there are many which were classified H.C. as four-year-olds which are certain to be V.H.C. at maturity. Included are the 1938 Royal Champion cow, the 1940 Auckland Champion cow, the 1940 Auckland Reserve Champion bull, the 1939 Waikato Champion cow and a host of prizewinners at leading shows over the past three seasons and bred from champions back to five and six generations.
