WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL COLLECTION OF EXTRAORDINARY RUBBISH QN MONDAY, the 13th May, commencing at 8 a.m., a special collection of tins, rubbish, etc., will be made throughout the Borough. The collection will include ordinary garden refuse, hedge clippings, tins, etc., but in no case will the Council remove free of charge a quantity of greater measurement than TEN cubic feet. Trees and portion of hedges which have been dug out will NOT be removed. Material for removal is to be de posited at the kerbside in compact form.
