Anglo-Soviet Trade Discussion
LONDON, May 8. The Foreign Secretary (Viscount Halifax) today received the Russian Ambassador in order to discuss the prospects of Anglo-Soviet trade.
Tire last communication from the Soviet Government had been under examination by the various departments concerned.
It is understood that, arising from this examination, Lord Halifax made certain observations upon the Russian communication and asked for further information about certain, points.
