Owing _to many changes in the amended Regulations, it is necessary that application on the prescribed application form, be made in person. In no case is it possible to issue a license until the prescribed form is filled in and signed by the applicant. Applicants over 70 years of age, must lodge with their application a medical certificate on the prescribed form. All necessary forms can be obtained on application. Important statistical information is required by the Commissioner of Transport per medium of individual application forms. 75 H. C. HEMPHILL, County Clerk.
