Inland.—2d first oz., Id each additional half ounce. British Countries, Egypt, Iraq.—2d first half ounce; Id each additional hali ounce. Foreign Countries (except Egypt and Iraq).—3d first half ounce; Id each additional half ounce. BY AIR MAIL: Inland.—3d each half ounce.
