Raid On Trondheim
Mr Churchill told the House of Commons that at dawn torpedocarrying aircraft attacked enemy shipping at Trondheim. Fifteen out of 16 planes returned. The Germans had already ordered all merchantmen from the Skagerrak and the Kattegat area. Mr Churchill denied that the British had recaptured ports on the Norwegian coast.
