Recruiting Decline
A further decline in recruiting in Northland was shown yesterday, only one enlistment, that of F. Quincey (Whangarei) being received at Whangarei Army headquarters. Throughout the week enlistments have been light, the only exception being on Tuesday when 13 were received, this being the best single day recruiting for some weeks.
