The council is as follows: Messrs G. Alley, C. Collins, A. G. W. Dunningham, E. B. Ellerm, H. C. D. Somerset, C. Taylor, Miss Blackett, Miss Elliott; secretary, Mr J. Norris; assistant secl’etary, Mr C. S. Perry.
