300 Killed When Chinese Ship Mined
(Received 11.30 a.m.) FOOCHOW, February 12. Seven Chinese survivors, who struggled into Foochow, revealed that a 100-ton coastal vessel struck a mine at the mouth of the Min River on January 26 and was blown to pieces. Three hundred persons, including 100 Chinese boys and girls from foy- • eign mission schools, are believed to be dead.
