Why Nazis Hold Pulp Contraband

The latest ground for the German court ruling that Scandinavian paper pulp is contraband is that the pulp is used in Britain’s air leaflet war against Germany, says a Hamburg message.
It was previously ruled contraband because it was used in munition wrappings.
