Kauri News
An enjoyable time was spent on Friday evening, when members of the Women’s Institute gave a party tea to the children of Kauri. Balloons, squeakers and paper hats lent a festive air to the evening. After tea-, games were played till 8 o’clock, when dancing for the adults commenced. Music was supplied by local players, while the duties of M.C. were carried out by Misses I. Coxhead and E. Harris.
Mr Biggar, of Helensville, with his wife and family, spent the week-end with his brother, Mr J. Biggar.
