Civic Farewell To Buller Boys
[Per Press Association. — Copyright ] WESTPORT, This Day. Buller soldiers of the First Echelon, home on final leave, were civically farewelled in the Theatre Royal last night by the Mayor' (Mr J. M. Robertson) and citizens. Patriotic speeches were made by the Mayor and the Rev. Corney. Each of the soldiers was given a parcel from the Buller Soldiers’ Comfort Committee.
Captain E. Mathewson replied for the soldiers.
