Trade Agreement
An Italo-Rumsnian trade agreement has been signed. It is believed that under it Rumania will import more manufactures, and reciprocally export more oil, wheat and livestock.
The head of the German Economic Mission to Rumania (Dr. Karl Clodius) announced that German manufacturers were not wishing to fulfill contracs unless they were granted 25 per cent, increase in deliveries, including orders from Czechoslovakia. To this Rumania does not agree.
