Debit Lower That Last Year
“The debit balance of £6131 is lower than it was this time last year,’' said the County Clerk (Mr E. G. Aickin) in presenting his financial report to the Otamatea County Council. Riding balances were tabled as follows —Mareretu £1 (Dr); Paparoa £65 (Dr); Wairau £BOB (Cr); Whakapirau £232 (Cr); Tokatoka £9B (Dr); Ruawai £525 (Cr); Matakohe £221 (Dr); Kaiwaka £llO (Cr). The balance sheet of the Mangawai Harbour Board had been received back from the audit office without tags, reported Mr Aickin.
