Pug Allegedly Confesses Murder Of German
(Received 1.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 19. The police state that Ernest Kehlor, -alias Ernie Haas (23), g pugilist, who “•was arrested at Toronto, has confessed to the murder of Dr. Walther Ingelberg. secretary to the German ConsulGeneral, who was beaten to death while asleep. The .authorities state that, neither political nor international implications are expected.
