(Received 1.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 1. The World’s Fair has announced that the Soviet is dismantling its 3,000,000dollar pavilion, which was one of the fair’s outstanding attractions, and will not bo participating in 1940. An explanation for this action is promised later.
