There was a good attendance at the monthly meeting held on November 15. Owing to Mrs Morrison’s absence, the chair was taken by Mrs H. Woolley (vice-president), with Mrs T. O’Carroll as secretary. It was decided to send a Christmas parcel to the Patriotic Committee for the boys in camp. Arrangements were also made for holding a Christmas tree in December. Competitions were won by the following: Best bloom, Mrs Watson: Christmas gift costing not more than 1/6, Mrs T. Clements.
