Sweden’s Mine Protest To Berlin
STOCKHOLM, November 28. The Foreign Minister of Sweden (M. Sandler) handed a Note to the German Charge d’Affaires in Stockholm protesting against serious violation of Swedish territory by mines. Sweden reserved the right to demand compensation for losses. Shipping to the Baltic has been halted by mines and storms.
