Germany To Be Blockaded?

The Washington correspondent of the “New York Times” says information, although not confirmed, is reaching United States officials that Britain has ordered a naval blockade of Germany, blacking the entrance to the Baltic Sea near the Skagerrak and stretching across the North Sea near the Scandinavian Peninsula.
