Bomber’s Forced Landing’

After taking part in a display at M ;i £on aerodrome yesterday afternoon, one of the Blackburn-Baffin bombers of the Wellington Territorial Squadron of the Royal Now Zealand Air Force made a forced landing in a paddock about seven miles from Shannon at 3.15 p.m. during the return flight to Wellington. The machine, accompanied by two others, did not land after the display, and left after flying past the new clubhouse.

On reaching the vicinity of Shannor the machine experienced onginr. trouble, which was thought to be di.it to a fuel blockage.
