London Wool Sale
At the wool sales 9053 bales were offered, including 4404 New Zealand, and 8106 bales were sold.
A good selection was offered ..and again met an active demand with rates fully maintained. New Zealand greasy half-bred, “Ellon,” averaged 113 d, highest 12Jd; “Uptonfells,” lljd and llgd; greasy crossbred, “N.Z.M.A.,” 9Jd and 12d; slipe halfbred : combings, lambs, “Longburn,” 14|d and 15d.
