Czech Parliament Replaced
PRAGUE, March 21
Dr. Hacha, the former Czech President, has issued a decree dissolving the Czechoslovak Chamber and Senate. He has appointed a “Committee of the National Community,” comprising 50 members, to replace Parliament.
The Cabinet at present retains office, l.nd the new members are being appointed subject to the approval of Baron • von Neurath, the recentlyappointed Reich Protector.
