A commercial traveller entered a Highland inn one day. To the only male servant on view, he put a number of questions,, but could get no information. ; “Surely you don’t belong to the establishment,” he remarked at last.
“Deed, no!” returned the other. “I belang, like ma faither, to the Free Kirk.”
