(10) Boundaries for Powell Cup Handicap; Gammon’s Road, Awarua; County boundary, Waimatenui Road; Leach’s Bridge, Tangowahine Valley Road; Pekapekarau Block, Wairua Bridge; County boundary where not otherwise specified. (11) The above Cups to remain the property of the Club. Winners’ names will be engraved on them, and the winners will receive a miniature which becomes their own property.
