The King is taking the Crown of State to Canada. This is the first time the Crown has left Britain.
A special ’plane from Prague landed eleven Czechs at Croydon. Their identities were hushed up, leading to the belief that they are prominent members of the former Cabinet, but the Czech legation stated that there were no members of the Government in the party.
