The North Auckland Farmers’ Coop,, Limited, reports a good yarding at its Maungakaramea sale yesterday, competition being fairly keen, A total clearance was effected, at satisfactory prices. Fat cows made to £5; light fat cows, £3 10/ to £4 11/; boner cows, heavy, £2 5/ to £36/; light, 30/; banners, 5/ to 13/; Jersey heifer calves, £2 9/; Shorthorn steer calves, £1 16/ to £2 7/; 18-month coloured steers, 30/; backward dairy cows, £2 12/6 to £3 10/; Shorthorn heifers, forward, £4 15/; boner bulls, heavy, £6 to £8; medium, £4 10/ to £5 15/; light, £3 10/.
