Britain’s Warplane Construction
LONDON, January 30.
By April, Britain will turn out more first-line warplanes than Germany, and production will be nearing the wartime peak of 100 a day, says the “Daily Herald.” The “Daily Telegraph” places production at 400 machines a month, compared with Germany’s 500 to 600. It adds that the recruiting and training of personnel are satisfactory.
