(Received 1.0 p.m.) . LONDON, January 28. The Secretary of State for Air, Sir Kingsley Wood, opened a new .aircraft s factory at Reading to-day, the erection of which was begun a few months ago, - and which at first will be engaged in fulfilling one of the biggest orders ever given for trainer aircraft, namely, the Government’s .order for' MilesMaster two-seater monoplanes. These are the world’s fastest trainer aircraft, and have a maximum speed of about 270 miles an hour. ,
