[Special to “Northern Advocate ”] WELLINGTON, This Day. The registration as a public company of Woolworths (New Zealand) Properties, Ltd., is announced in the “Mercantile Gazette,” registered in Wellington. The company has a capital of £1,000,000 in £1 shares, consisting of 800,00 preference and 200,000 ordinary shares. The subscribers 'are,:—Sydney: C. S. Waine, H. P. Christmas, E. R. Williams, S. E. Chatterton. Wellington: W. T. Kelley, Woolworths (N.Z., Ltd.), one share each. The objects are to acquire and deal in real and personal property of all kinds.
