Overcast with rain following. Northeasterly winds light to moderate, and becoming strong tomorrow. Seas rising. Warm and humid conditions. The extensive disturbance referred to in yesterday’s forecast is moving on to the Dominion and a general rainfall is indicated. The special wind forecast for Whangarei yachtsmen- is as follows: Freshening north-easterly, becoming strong tomorrow and moderate to strong northerlies on Monday.
