Council, made and issued by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council on the 19th day of • October, 1938, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that thd duty by way of income tax, leviable under section 3 of the said Act, should be paid in one sum on Wednesday, the. Bth day of February, 1939, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order in ] Council, I hereby give notice that the ] said duty will be payable accordingly, j Additional tax will accrue if the tax ~ is not paid on or before Ist March, i 1939.
