King George V. Memorial Design Approved

LONDON, January 12. Their Majesties and Queen Mary have given final approval to the design for the memorial for King George V., which is to be erected on a site adjacent to Westminster Abbey. The architect for the scheme, the central figure of which is a statue under a stone canopy, is Sir Giles Scott, and the statue is by Sir William Dick.
