Ararua Tennis Club Opening

The opening of the Ararua Tennis Club took place in perfect weather on Saturday. The president. Mr G. Sterling, welcomed the visitors. Next year, he said, the club hoped it would bo using its two now courts at the hail. •The day was spent in playing combined doubles, Mrs Harding winning the ladies’ trophy with 67 points, Miss Gertie Smith with 63 points being runner up.
