Personal Pars
The Rev. W. A. Scott, vicar of Hokianga, has been appointed vicar of Hauraki Plains, in succession to the Rev. F. C. Truman, who is going to St. John’s, Northcote. Mr Scott was priest in charge of the Hauraki Plains in 1932.
The second naval member of the Naval Board, Commander A. B. Fanshawe, has been gazetted an honorary aide-de-camp on the staff of the Governor-General, Lord Galway. Commander Fanshawe, who has been lent for a three-year term to the New Zealand Government, formerly held the position of deputy superintendent and assistant King’s harbourmaster at Portsmouth Dockyard.
