In the most exciting wrestling bout seen at Hawera for two years, Lofty Blomfield (Auckland) beat Andy Moen (Minnesota) on points on Tuesday night. v
In the sixth round' of an eighty round wrestling contest at Christchurch between Leo Numa and Pat Fraley, both 15st, Numa was disqualified for punching after being warned by the referee earlier in the bout. Each had a fall to his credit.
