Sir John Simon, British Chancellor cf the Exchequer, has made a notable speech in which he outlined Britain’s foreign policy and made parcicular reference the imperative need for sane handling of the Czechoslovakian problem. Britain, in effect, has implored the nations to do what they can to preserve the peace of the world.
