Explorers’ Fate Still A Mystery
(Received 2.30 p.m.) ADELAIDE, This Day. Dr. Agrenfell Price, leader of the expedition to Simpson Desert, says that there is nothing to indicate that the remains found by the expedition are those of the Leichhardt party The expedition, sponsored by the South Australian Government, was sent to investigate the discovery of eight human skeletons in the Simpson Desert, Central Australia, where the members of the Ludwig Leichhardt expedition were thought to 1 ave perished.
