Injury to Hand
Having severely cut the thumb of one hand upon a pane of glass this morning, Bruce Sweeny, aged 16, of Cook Street, Whangarei, was admitted to the Whangarei District Hospital today for treatment. He was reported this afternoon to be progressing satisfactorily.
