Taheke
Personal. Mrs. H. M. Rockell is visiting her daughter. Mrs. Gane, Pakaraka. Mr. E. G. Goodhcw and Mrs. C. R. Goodhew spent the week-end with Mrs. Goodhew’s mother at Kaitai. Miss D. B. Moore left on Friday for her home at Warkworth. Miss Brown, of Whangarel, arrived on Saturday to commence duties as relieving mistress at the Taheke school. On Friday the Taheke school children gave a concert in honour of Miss D. B. Moore, who has left the teaching staff and is to be married in the near future. At the close of the concert Miss Moore was presented with a carving set by Mr. Cummings on behalf of the children and staff. Mr. D. Mclntyre has returned after a short visit to Hawkcs Bay.
