A copy of the proposed Clause may be inspected at the office of the Council, Town Hall, Bank Street, Whangarei, during office hours, and any person desiring to lodge an objection with the Minister of Internal Affairs must do so within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.

IN THE MATTER of the Harbours Act, 1923, and the Public Works Act, 1928. NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei Harbour Board proposes under the provisions of the abovementioned Acts, to execute certain public works, namely, the construction and completion of harbour reclamations and the protection of existing harbour lands and works —and for the purposes of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Secretary of the said Harbour Board situate near the Town Wharf, Whangarei, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have any wellgrounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary of the said Harbour Board, the Town Wharf, Whangarei.
