Benefactor To Be Commemorated

A suggestion that the Whangahei Hospital Board should make some fitting commemoration of the late Mr. H. J. J. Neville, under whose will the board has benefited to the extent of about £I6OO, was made by Mr. W. J. Bell at yesterday's monthly meeting of the board. Mr. Bell suggested that one of the new wards should be called the “Neville Ward". Other board members supported the idea, the medical superintendent. Dr. J. W. Hall, mentioning a new theatre named after Mr. Neville as a suitable commemoration. Board members are to discuss the matter at the next meeting.
