The second instalment of the Employment Charge of 8d in the £ on income other than salary or wages derived during the j year ended 31st March, 1938, also falls i due on the same date. A penalty of i 10% will be incurred on any instal-! ment not paid within one month of the due date. An employer who employs for more than seven days a person who is in arrears with the Registration Levy is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of £2O.
