ANOTHER TEST FOR FASCIST LEADERS. — Mussolini’s athletic tests for Fascist leaders took place at Mussolini Forum in Rome on July 4. Signor Starace, secretary of the Fascist Party, is seen jumping over a hedge of bayonets. Out of a hundred entrants, he was one of the thirteen competitors who completed all the events. Signor Mussolini was a spectator.
